My cans are dented, what should I do?
Yikes! We’re sorry about that. We aim to package all our wine up carefully so they arrive to you exactly how they left us. We promise this is purely aesthetic and a slight dent in your can will not affect its taste. Nonetheless if the cans are leaking, or you’re unable to open them, please get in touch at info@banksbrothers.co.uk.
Packaging & Recycling
Are the cans recyclable?
Yep! All our cans are 100% recyclable.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yep, all our packaging is 100% recyclable!
Why are cans better for the environment than glass?
Both aluminium cans and glass bottles are infinitely recyclable – which is great! However, less energy is needed to both make and recycle aluminium cans than glass bottles. Plus, cans are lighter than glass which means when it comes to transportation, meaning less fuel usage, thus the carbon footprint for cans is smaller.
Servings
How many servings are in a Banks Brothers can?
Each can is 250ml, that’s 1/3 of a bottle, so each triple pack is a whole bottle. This means you can enjoy your can as one large serving, or two smaller 125ml servings.
How should I serve canned wine?
That’s up to you! The beauty of our wine is that you can drink it straight from a can, or pour it into a glass and it’ll taste great either way.
