Our Merlot No. 17 is luxurious and juicy, with notes of bramble, vanilla, and earthy
character.
The Merlot grape is one of the most widely planted red wine grape varieties in the world. It
is known for its soft, velvety texture, and medium to full-bodied nature.
Our Merlot is matured for 18 months in 2 nd and 3 rd filled French Oak, followed by a further
10 months in a large French Oak Vat at the Glen Carlou winery. This lends vanilla notes and
maturity to this juicy and rich Merlot.
