Our Pinot Gris is rich, fragrant, creamy, and incredibly aromatic – think tropical, peachy notes.

Made by the Cattin family in Voegtlinschoffen (a French village within sight of the German border), these Pinot Gris grapes are grown in the Le Clos Madelon vineyard, an old WWI battlefield, turned overgrown wilderness, until the Cattin family transformed the landscape over two decades ago.
Within Alsace, Pinot Gris (or Pinot Grigio if grown in Italy) is a celebrated, noble grape variety, which differs from its Italian sibling, since it tends towards a richer and riper style, as opposed to lighter, simpler versions grown in the Veneto.
Thanks to its off-dry style, this wine is a perfect and versatile match to many of our dishes.
